adult webcam chat /performer client, server and applet

The project is for a adult webcam/chat website. Note that this project is NOT for the website itself but for the chat/video components of it. *(Please review this project as some detail changed in the last 24 hours)* Info on project : The website offer the user to enter performers room where they can chat and see the video feed of the performer. In rooms, user can only chat, receive chat and video but cannot send video. After payments, user can go in private chat, where they can receive and send video + chat. Private chat sessions are limited in time base on package. The website will list performers and clicking on performer’s link will bring the customer to a webpage with a java applet. The applet will load the chat and video feed from that performer. Customers will have to buy a package and then performer will initiate the private chat. Buying of package is done on the website side and not in the applet. In public room, performer video will need to be streamed to a central server at defined fps (1). In private, a direct peer to peer connection will be made between the performer and the customer. **see attachment for more detailed explanations!** Details modified on April 5th, 2004 @ 1:20AM EST. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Buyer will be happy to offer a license to resell code/fragment/software to the coder after arrangements with the buyer. Please ask me if you intend to keep/resell/reuse or plan to improve the developed software for, personal use, resell or for any business puposes. ## Platform Windows All applications must run on windows platform. Performer client application must support 98/Me/XP/2000 and over and support most webcam and camcorder thru capture card, USB and/or existing webcam driver. Server must support Windows 2000 and over.
