Speed of project completion is the most important factor. State how fast you will get this done. I'm hoping that you can do this today. The main idea is to apply an algorithm to all pixels before they are displayed on the screen. I want you to write the code to do this, so all I have to do is write the algorithm to be applied to all pixels just before they are sent to be displayed. Windows XP is the target environment. Nvida graphics cards made in the last couple years would be the target card since that is the one on my PC. Hopefully this can work on any graphics card, because the filter is simple. Create a C function which I can edit named custPixFilter. In the C function custPixFilter, which must be supplied with the variables R (the red component), G (the green component) and B (the blue component). To make this easy for me write a sample that does something like: R = R + 0; G = G + 0; B = B + 0; Include any instructions to compile the code which I can edit, if necessary. This function is to process all pixels before they are displayed on the screen. Execution: Upon pressing the specified shortcut key (you decide what the shortcut will be for it), the graphics filter is turned on. Upon pressing the shortcut again, the filter is turned off.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
