BoxedArt Clone (script+layout)

Hi, We are looking for a script clone of boxedart.com. All the features including - membership, - paypal, 2checkout integration with auto-member login - designer signup, login, upload - when a designer uploads work, mark as pending to be approved by admin - "category" modifications/additions (templetes, logos, fonts, etc... these are the main categories on the mainpage) - "subcategory" modifications/additions (there are on the inside pages: Books, Business, Etc...) - Affiliate Program - Newsletters I would like this site to be 100% completed except for the content to be uploaded by designers. I have not written all the requirements here, but we need a program that will do EVERYTHING the boxedart site does. This is not a small project. This is a full program with easy install so i can install to my other server myself as well. Not a quick script. --- Note: This project must be fully completed on our servers before payment is made. We have had too many problems with programmers recently with incomplete work or just leaving us high and dry. We will need to have this working on our servers before releasing payment. You will be paid once the work is done, but please take note of this before bidding as it is a requirement. We are a 15 year old company and we always pay. If you fail to meet your deadlines, we will post a 1 rating and we reserve the right to cancel the project. Please set realistic deadlines as you are expected to stick to them. If you have questions, please ask them before the project is awarded. Be aware that we are in the Eastern Time Zone (same as New York) and will expect correspondence to occur between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST - 6 or 7 days a week. Something that is obviously similar to boxedart, but not stolen or infringing on their copyright.
