Configure Fantastico Survey Scripts

This project uses Fantastico Survey Software, to put 12 questions onto our website. You may use either the LimeSurvey or Advanced Poll, both are installed on the server. There are 3 Sections on our site, each section has either 3 or 22 categories (28 surveys total); The survey questions are the same for each category, but the results must not be mixed with results from other categories; You will identify each survey title or intro so people doing more than one survey know it's not the same survey; You will provide the links to the completed survey, and I will add your link into the webpage; Here is the survey you will duplicate onto our site. [login to view URL] Your bid will be to do ONE survey only, and include the amount of time you require to complete the project. Please do NOT send a link of all projects you have worked on, only send those URL's which use these Fantastico scripts.
