Corporate Intranet

Need a corporate intranet/database composed of 5 modules (to begin with). What we have now is in MS access and it is not flexible enough nor is it web based. Contact/Mailing List module - name and address information such as you would have in any contact manager. Project List module - shows list of all projects the company has done and is doing. About 20 fields, many of which are should be drop down lists. Sample fields would be project number (unique ID), project name, client name, contract price, etc Status Report module - shows list of all projects currently being worked on and milestone dates on each project. About 15 preditermined miletones thatthe user whould put a date into. Would also need functionality to print this report out Invoice module- Takes information from Mailing list and Project list and combines it with pricing information that is entered by the user. Invoice system has tabs allowing user to see different categories of invoices, e.g "ready to invoice", invoiced not paid, invoiced and paid. Job cost module - takes information from all other modules and allows new unser information regarding ~10 user entered amounts of money to generate how much money was made/lost on the job Misc reporting functions relating to the above modules Each module would have basic functionality associtaed with it such as add record/edit/delete. Certian information in one module would link to relevant information in another module. e,g opening the project list module to any job and you can jump to the mailing list information to see the contact info of the client that the project is being done for. You could also open a individual contact, say John Doe and ABC compnay and see a list of all projects we have done on Johns behalf. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform needs to run password protected over the internet in a web browser. App should be written in .cfm/fusebox and be menu driven
