ASP.net and PHP site deployment assistance

I am developing several websites but as a relative ASP.net novice require assistance in some critical areas. I am an MCSD but have never used ASP.net in practice until recently. The idea is that the coder is going to be the "guru" to assist in the production of several websites, where I expect to do 90% of the coding. The focus for the coder is on providing illustrative examples, ensuring that I move up the learning curve, last resort debugging of code that I have written, and ensuring that all the sites are correctly deployed to the host server.
