AVI file conversion - 4 min long

I have 4 AVI files totalling 4.3MB (see attachment). I have been told that they correspond to 2 of 3 VHS video clips which contain 32 minutes of poor quality video. I need these files processed to enhance and extract part of the scenes. This process will have to be documented (software used, techniques used, software settings & configuration etc) so it can be reproduced by a 3rd party if required. I have attached the 4 AVI files. I have? 3? clips on VHS video. Clip 1) 60 sec - people walking down steps at top of screen and boarding a train at the top right of the screen - probably C11Plat12Down AVI Clip 2) 60 sec - view of same train further down the platform - probably C13Plat1Down AVI Clip 3) 30 min - 4 trains arriving at a platform As I cannot view the AVI files I do not know which of my VHS clips corresponds to which AVI file(s). Deliverables: 1) Video files in a format I can view. 2) Scenes enhanced and extracted to show in as clearly as possible parts of each scene. Most importantly clips 1 & 2. I do not want any 'artificial' touch up, only enhancements? that clarify existing detail. These are my areas of interest: -? ? Clip 1) People boarding through the last door of the train, in particular the 2 last people - a shorter person followed by a taller person with long white trousers. I am interested in their position relative to? the train door as it closes just after they board the train? about 22 sec? from the beginning of the clip. Two other people in white shirts board the train about 15 sec from the beginning. -? ? Clip 2) The same two people are visible at the top of the screen boarding the train about 28 sec from the beginning of the clip. Two other people in white shirts board the train about? 20 sec from the beginning. -? ? Clip 3) About 4 min 5 sec into the clip the 2 white shirted people hold the short person while they are exiting last door of the train in the upper middle part of the screen. The short person, white trousered person and 2 white shirted people talk together until 17 min 40 sec from the beginning when they all board another train. -? ? Clip 4) I do not know what is on this clip. I am interested in? any? images of? the short person and the white trousered person boarding the first train or talking to the 2 white shirted people when they all get off the train. 3) Process documentation (software used, techniques used, software settings & configuration etc) 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
