Add Scripts to Site

I downloaded a program called web form pro from email-form.com. I need 3 forms installed on my site. I already have the forms designed by I need the technical stuff like the php files, the set permissions, the captcha, and other stuff uploaded to my web site so the forms will work. Only have $10 so let me know if can do for this. Here is the information from the programs installation file, basically I need someone to do this: 1. uPLOAD [login to view URL] to /cgi-bin/ folder or folder with executable permission. (has to be in same folder where [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] is has to be in same folder as form: [login to view URL] 2. Upload all necessary files for forms to work. Set permissions, using Unix shell command or any FTP client (e.g., CuteFTP) 2) Executable (read/execute) permissions for Form Processor Pro 4.1 Perl executable (if you don't use PHP executable) Unix shell command: chmod 755 [login to view URL] 3) Write Enabled (read/write) for files and folders that need to be accessed for writing. For example DB or log files, folder for user uploads - attachments (see section Learning to Work with FPP) Unix shell command: chmod 666 <filedir_name>, Where <filedir_name> is file or folder in question ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
