AdvantageDB to MS SQL Server Replication

We're looking for someone familiar with AdvantageDB Server (now owned by Sybase, sold as iAnywhere). In addition to this project, we do a lot of work in both databases (AdvantageDB 8.1 & SQL Server 2005) and there is an option for future projects together. This initial project is very simple. We query information from a few tables in AdvantageDB and populate SQL Server with the results, also from SQL Server to AdvantageDB. The app will be a simple VB DotNet 2.0 service that periodically runs queries in both databases using (access to AdvantageDB is straighforward much like SQL Server, using Advantage .NET Data Provider 8.1). The project will require familiarizing yourself with a thorough data model. The second component of this project is a SQL Server-based application that is managed by a VB DotNet 2.0 GUI which is a very simple contact management application. There will be a one-to-many with a "contact history" table and a report that is used to print address labels based on simple criteria (days since last contact, etc). I will provide a full table-structure (ER Diagram) and documentation. This is build upon a database in SQL Server, but allows the data to be forwared into the AdvantageDB using identical logic to what is developed in the first component of this project. There is a third component of this initial project that is not required to be part of the first bid; however, you may choose to bid on this as it's a fairly simple extension of the GUI. This third feature is to utilize a PDF component (we've used [login to view URL] in the past) to simply insert data/mail-merge information into a PDF.
