An Ajax Style Webchat based on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Microsoft Tech Chats The language server side language can be php, asp, asp.net The Chat will work with the IRC Protocol and the IRCX Protocol. Will have functions for *Private Messaging using the whisper command *mIRC Style Colours/Backgrounds *Nicklist (Denoating IRC Operators, Channel Owners, Channel Hosts, Voiced and Non Voiced Partpicipants *Will have a click menu to change status of a user (host, owner etc..) *ability to enter commands using the forward flash from the txtsend line. *Change Font/Settings Window *Will Display Topic/Welcome Messages on join *The room the chat joins will be sent in a parameter, along with the nickname. *Channel Password Support *Away Support as per the RFC for IRCX *Interface should be clean and tidy and should be very similar to Microsofts Tech Chat. *Count of Users in the Room [help/info on the protocol is available from us] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
