Overview of BPI’s Commercial Real Estate Website Sept 2006 BPI is a commercial real estate firm that aspires to be the premier provider of facility capital solutions for companies in biomedical and biofuel industries. BPI is looking to create a professional and institutional looking website focused solely on these two client industries. BPI’s site should be more than just another commercial real estate “brochure-ware?? website; it should become the on-stop resource for facility capital and development services for biomedical or biofuel companies. It will be a place for the biomedical or biofuel company executive to explore facility financing options, have a few questions (technical or non-technical) answered without feeling obligated, and learn more about the BPI culture of professionalism, client service, and ethical conduct. Website Objectives: 1. Generate more leads for BPI’s transaction and capital advisory businesses. 2. Generate ancillary website revenue for BPI. [url removed, login to view] Overview to describe who uses the site and in basic terms how it will function: • The users will include biomedical and biofuel companies, institutional and private investor partners of BPI, advertisers, and service providers to the biomedical and biofuel industries (“Users??). • Users that have formally engaged BPI are referred to as clients (“Clients??). • The administrators are the owners of the website (“Administrators??). This is a bid for a real estate website. We want a web designer who has already designed a website for a real estate company and we want to see his/her portfolio and sample of real estate websites.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
