Buc Euchre card game

Hi, I would like to get a card game designed called Buc Euchre. It is played similar to regular Euchre. Some of the features I would like and a description of the game follows. I would like the interface to be similar to the Euchre that is on [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]). There should be about 10 rooms with 10 tables in each room. How is the game played? Each round of the game starts with the cards being dealt in sets of two or three until each player has 5 cards. The top card of the remaining four cards is “Turned up?? so the players can see what suit and rank it is. The players including the dealer, in order, starting to the left of the dealer have the option of ordering the turned up card “Up??, which means into the dealer’s hand thus making it ‘Trump’. The dealer then must discard any card in their hand. The person ordering the card up has to take at least 3 “Tricks?? or their score will go up by 5 points. Any time a players score goes up by 5 points it is referred to as a “Hickey??. Once a player names a suit trump the players, starting to the left of the person that named trump, decides if they want to ‘Stay’. If they stay they have to take at least one trick or their score will go up 5 points (thus getting a Hickey). Each players score will go down by the number of tricks that they take. If Clubs is the suit that the dealer turns up everyone must play but only needs to take one trick. The person that leads out first during each round is the first person to the left of the dealer who has chosen to play that round. If none of the players orders up the top card into dealers hand, the dealer “Turns Down?? the top card. The players then, in order, starting to the left of the dealer have the option to name trump. The suit named can be anything except the suit that was just turned down. If a player names trump they must take 3 tricks. If no one names trump, then it goes to “No Trump?? with the player to the left of the dealer leading. The high card of the suit that leads wins that trick (A,K,Q,J,10,9). Everyone’s score goes down by the number of tricks that they take. If any player does not take any tricks then their score goes up by 5.
