CSS Project 24(repost)

Hello There, We need 1 PSD pages coded into clean, validated CSS/XHTML. We will supply you with the finished PSD design file to work from. No HTML tables for layout please, only for data. We are looking for a coder who will pay VERY CLOSE attention to the small details of our design....things such as spacing, font size, alignment, etc. We need the finished XHTML/CSS page to look EXACTLY like the attached JPEG image. We will not approve payment until we feel the final pages match EXACTLY. We are looking for pixel perfect work! Attached is the screen shot of the design. We need the content section of each page to be centered in the browser and the background to stretch 100% vertically and horizontally. We also need the lightbox effect setup on the thumbnail images so that when clicked on the background fades and the larger image is shown. This script can be downloaded at [login to view URL] We will add in the missing thumbnail images later but please add the script them as well.
