Collections software

I want to create a database in which I will store different stamp collections (table ). Each user might have access to one or more collections. Each collection has different issues. Each issue has different stamps. Each stamp might have many variations. All these data are read-only for the users. Each user has one record per stamp. If he/she needs the stamp (there is a check box) or if he/she owns the stamp/stamps (there is a table). I have already created the tables and I need: 1.? ? ? ? ? I must have a way to assign access to different collection to users (one or many types per user) 3.? ? ? ? ? Create the authentication page (script / html) where users will enter their username/password 5.? ? ? ? ? Create the scripts / htmls where the user can search and find: a.? ? ? ? ? ? Stamps I need ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
