Create A Simple Database

Hello,
I’d like to create simple database that will allow users to search for various articles and books related to my business. I will populate the database with links to other websites that carry the articles and books.
There should be three fields in the admin page where I can enter the following:
* a long title of an article or book
* the URL for that article or book
* a brief description section
I would manually input the titles, URLs and descriptions into the database. Users would search by Keywords that search the words in the Titles.
There would only be two fields on the results page, as follows:
**Title Description Comments**
The results in the Title field should be active with a link to the website where the article or book exists.
The data should be hidden until a Keyword brings up the information in the results fields.
The button for this feature should show up on all pages, but only logged in users would have access to this database.
Please let me know how much you would charge for this and how long it might take to complete.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
