Database Manifest System

Database manifest system. I am in need of a simple system. I would like for it to operate like any other MS program where I can have an icon on the desktop and open the program. Program details. Step 1. The program is designed to sort zip codes by zones and locations and print a label. User will input a 5 digit zip code into a field. The zip code inputted will then lookup from a table the zone information and sort location based on USPS data that i can provide. The information needs to be displayed below the input zip code field or input area of the program. Step 2. Once the zone and sort location are identified, we need to print a label that can be applied to the product. We are using a zebra 105 printer currently. Our label will have the sort information and mailing permit on it. Step 3. All information must be captured and stored in a database. We can perform and end of day close out to finalize the data before starting a new days activity. Database must be able to print reports of all the data ## Deliverables 1) I require complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done (so that I may modify it in the future). 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 2a) All other software (including but not limited to any desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute) must include a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request (unless specified elsewhere by the Buyer). 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. 3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any [copyright restricted 3rd party components][1] (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement.
