Display all Categories for Users and Items

Create php/mysql function and queries for each user displayed which selects all category_id where user_id is found in user_map table, then query all category_name for each category_id found in category table, echo each category name from category table. Contact for files. User map is list of each user id listed with a category id, userCategories table is list of each category name listed with its respective category id. Coder writes the php and mysql, I'll install it, coder debugs if necessary. We will install on a test server before installing on live server.
