C# Group/Colaboration Internet Software

**Overview:** My company, Improm2, LLC, is a startup within the real estate industry, focused on servicing Real Estate brokers and agents. We are looking for a consultant to build an community/groupware addition to our web based financial application. Their concept is to present agents with a set of financial tools geared towards managing and running real estate offices through the web. We are looking to add a [login to view URL] like team collaboration/communication application. We envision this groupware app to be a Microsoft Outlook type application on the web. The features in both [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] contain the majority of the functionality that will be included within the applications’ first release. This application must provide the functionality to enable a user/ user group to sign up and begin utilizing the system and it’s features immediately. New groups will be able to be created by selecting a set of features that are available to that new groups’ members. The groupware tool should have a "plug-in-play" framework so that my companies financial application can be integerated with through folder security or inheritance of the security framework. The modules planned for the first release are: 1) Calendar/Schedule System 2) Contacts Management 3) Web E-Mail 4) Instant Messenger 5) File Manager 6) News & Events 7) Discussion Group 8) Knowledge Base 9) User Preferences In order to speed the process some third party tools and many fee components can be used. We are working on a two-month timeframe, so that we can begin implementing our marketing and launch plan. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Web Based - Windows 2000 with MS SQL & C#.net Should be able to work on both IE and Netscape.
