It's relative simply to explain, I want to start a service like [login to view URL] or like [login to view URL] - artists should have the chance to signup for free and present a small number of artworks & be able to pay a fee to get in with there complete portfolio - an automatic payment is not 100% necessary (but would be nice if easily to implement - if not "manual" payment is okay, means approve payments & full portfolios) - I want to run the project in German & English language, so I need a multiple language choice within the project (no need to code the German words for me, I can do this by my own, just the ability to insert different languages is important) - I would appreciate, thanks in advance from Germany.
PS: The money-part is "not that important" (sure, it always is, but not the main decision-maker), it has to work at the end and this is what counts - but yes, it shouldn't cost millions *smile*, I just mean that I'm looking for the best performing/cost coding, thanks in advance!
