asp.net shopping cart with sms ordering

I need a web site with a shopping cart for my small coffee shop. I should be able to receive orders from sms. If customer sends sms with a code and quantity - It should do the full transaction of e commerce. 1. Update/manage the account of the user - name/address/credicard details. 2. Preferred choices of the drink of the user 3. credit card transaction. 4. receipt generation for the user and shop. 5. Notify my shop with an email that order is pending. 6. sms ordering will be desirable - application should be compatible with mobile / PDA. You can browse the selection and order it from cell phone using sms. 7. master tables for the products and transactions. 8. deals and discount page. We can discuss it further for details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
