directory database

I require some very basic php programming done.

This will just be a directory of wholesalers in different categories.

This is how I need it to work:

Wholesalers come to me and pay $ for advertising in my directory. i list them in the database.

Asurfer will come to my site. Choose their state and a category (such as florist, gift baskets etc etc) and then click the find button.

This will then simply produce the list of wholesalers appropriate to their search.

The only extra little part I need is an admin section to add and remove wholesalers to the database at any given time. The information I require for each wholesaler (both in the admin section and in the viewing section) is:

Name

Business Number

Mobile Phone Number

Email address

Web address

Postal address

Within the admin section I would also like the ability to ad and delete categories from within the admin section.

I will be dong the design and can integrate with the programmer quite easily.

An extra thing I am considering adding to the databse is a time factor for the wholesalers. So if a wholesaler pays for 1 months listing within the site I dont have to go in manually and remove them from being visible in the viewing area. There would be three different time frames. 1 month, 6 months, 1 year. However, i want them to still be in the database just not viewable to the public.

If you could quote me for the website without the time feature and with the time feature I would appreciate it.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
