I need the new website script to be flexible and easy to add more features to it in the future I need this site to be built using PHP and Flash, and copying of the codes from [url removed, login to view] is allowed. I need original coding and I need full source codes and copywright of this site. You will need to sign an NDA agreement before this project begins. You will not be allowed to keep the open source files and you will not be able to resell this new script. I would prefer a programmer who has done video chat sites before and will need to see your samples of the websites you have built before I accept you. I can show you any examples of the items or features listed on the worklist. I will also need back up files for this site. I will need good updates on the work being done and your payment will be made using the escrow system after you complete this project in full and the site is working properly without any bugs or problems. My budget for this project is $2,500.
