Building player and image upload (PHP)

Update for [login to view URL] Sickbrainz is only capable of uploading links, but now I'm looking for someone that can program the site so Sickbrainz will have its own content. Here are the key points: 1) In the admin ([login to view URL]), there should be besides Add Link post, 2 other sections called: Add video post Where I can upload a FLV file from my computer with thumbnail, title & description. [login to view URL] for the exact player. The player has to be added to Sickbrainz with the JWL button. The player will be displayed when clicking on the post on the front page (similar [login to view URL]) with title on top, the description under it and under that the videoplayer. The videoplayer has to be black with grey buttons and streaming line. When the videoplayer is not playing, the background has to be black with a play button in the middle. (similar [login to view URL] player) Add Image post Where I can upload PNG and JPG files from my computer with thumbnail, the actual picture, title and & description. 2) Both videos and images will be displayed on a new page with the URL that has the title of the uploaded file. Exactly the same as the URL: [login to view URL] 3) The uploaded file will be shown between column 1 and 2 on sickbrainz.com. All pictures keep their same format, but only shrink to fit into column 1 and 2. Column 3 (that you can also see on the homepage of [login to view URL]) will remain the same as on the homepage. 4) The title of the upload file page will have the font: Impact, and the description has to be something easy to read and nice looking. 5) When deleting a post also the file has to be deleted. 6) The view counter is not working properly. I want from every computer in the world, every single click to be calculated. Not only the homepage but also on the other pages. Work time 5/6 days. Payment 100-125 dollars.
