If I gave you a 56MB MPEG file (I could give you URL of where to download it). Do you have the tools to create a flash version of it? Or alternatively, can you give me a Quicktime version and a Windows Media Player version which will stream down quickly? What I'd be looking for is a page (simple), in which the Flash player or Media Player or Quicktime player would be embedded, and I'm trying to get the 56MB down in size to something reasonably small enough to play via the web, so I guess we're talking 8MB max or thereabouts. I also don't want the video to play until it's all been downloaded, OR, I want it to being playing when there's still enough time for the remaining video to download without there being judders, and breaks, and pauses, if you understand? Can you do this? Professionally! (Please give me examples) For how much? And how quickly?
