Refer to [login to view URL] Terms You are required to design 2 mock-ups in jpeg format that suit the nature of my client's business in 7 business days, upon completion & acceptance by my client. (normally needs 7 days for review by my client), 15% deposit of the total agreed cost will be released. Upon completion of the designs with live navigation, flash animations and product images being uploaded, another 50% will be released. Balance 35% upon fully completion, after all amendments have been done & files & source codes been emailed to me, the web being uploaded the to net & accepted by my client. Note: ~ Payments mentioned above will only be made ( according each phase of job ) upon receiving of complete info & accepted by us in either jpeg, html & flash. ~ The logo is the "O-Clean Bidet" with 3 coloured dotted in [login to view URL] ( minus the word Bidet ) ~Focus of design - emphasize more home living style ~Products images will be fully scanned & arranged by us to help reduce workload & speed up your work. Total development cost - Approx US150 ( negotiable ) PS: No database system is required for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
