I need a backend and system to maintain a news and downloads list added to a flash site. I have set the dead line short because this should not be hard for an experienced Flash / PHP coder. I need a simple PHP backend for a flash site so that we can log in to the admin page and add and edit entries to the news page and the download page the display them on the flash site. The news admin page should be able to add , edit and delete the entries . The news section should have Title and description fields. The news page should contain the title and a short description (cut off at 30 words). When the title is clicked the entry should open in a flash pop up window that contains the title and the full description. The pop up window should have an X at the top right to close it. The news page should have a flash scroll bar. Their also needs to be a similar set up for the downloads section. The admin section should be able to add, edit and delete download links ( Title, Description and URL) The downloads will be displayed on the downloads page and should have a scroll bar if more then 4 downloads are added. Each download should have an image automatically assigned to it out of 10 images we will supply. So download 1 should be displayed next to image 1 and so on.. The Title and image should be linked directly to the URL so that when it is clicked the download will start. The coder should integrate the display of both systems (news list and download list) seamlessly into the current flash site The site and format for both sections are done so when we choose the coder I will show you how it should look and provide the FLA file. The coder will get access to the server so they can do the testing there. The final changes should be presented in SWF, FLA and PHP. The admin section should save the info to MYSQL. The coder we pick will need experience with Flash, PHP and MYSQL. If you need any more info or have questions feel free to ask.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
