Custom product builder

We're wanting a custom product configuration platform similar to this: [login to view URL] This platform needs to easily support multiple custom product types like kitchens, guitars, automobiles, etc... with the ability to easily support an unlimited number of product options and depth. Our first client wants a kitchen designer similar to these: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Our second client wants to be able to sell custom guitars like these: [login to view URL] The platform that you build will need to easily support the customization of these two (or any) product types with an unlimited number of possible configuration options and part types. As in the examples, users should be able to submit their final custom design to a cart and purchase their custom product. We need the project to be built using flex with good OO and MVC standards. In addition to being available on a website, this also needs to run as an Air application. There should also be an admin back-end built in PHP (code ignitor) for managing users, products, categories, options, images, prices, etc...
