Customized FLV Player required URGENTLY

I am looking for a customized FLV player which has following capabilities: 1. Resize itself with the original size of the flv video. 2. can play flv video in slow motion 3. Must have forward and rewind buttons 4. Must have play and pause buttons 5. There should be a status bar through which video can be forwarded and rewind. 6. music play on/off The player must have the capability of slow motion pause and play. I am looking for some real flash professional for this project if you are not an EXPERT of flash please do not bid.
