Deal Finder website

Purpose- to help consumers find great deals on what products they are looking for. They tell us what they want, and the ‘best’ deal they have found and/or their target price. They can enter a link to the best deal they have found, or upload an estimate from someone. (It has to be one of those 2 options). It will then add their deal and customer information to the admin database and notify us there is a new deal to look at. When we log in, we can check out all the new deals, the deal that each customer wants, and either find a better price or pass on it. If we find a better price, we can set a time limit (in hours) that our price is good. It will then send that customer an email with our deal, and they can click into our site to make payment to take advantage of the deal (when they go to our site it should have a live countdown timer for time left to take advantage of our deal). If we pass on it, it will send them an email letting them know that we cannot find a better deal, and include a price for our deal if they decide to go with us. The Admin section should be able to log all history and activity of customers and deals. I must be able to have multiple users/employees logged in working on deals. I also want a commission system built in, so employees that make deals that sell will get a certain percentage of the profit. We will need the complete site built, everything from the home page with tutorial and FAQ’s, to the back end system. This must all be web based. Keep it very clean, trendy and extremely simple and easy to use. We will want to see a few different design layouts. A customer should be able to fill this out in a very short amount of time.
