actionscript - limiting the slide area

I have a very basic actionscript which uses mouse position to to slide a movieclip. (to see what I mean please see the attached swf) If you review the files attached you'll see that the movie clip ends but the sliding movement continues. I want to you to modify the code to make it limited. In other words, When slided to the end or begining of the movieclip, the movement to that direction must stop(but user must be able to slide to the other direction). Another thing to do is; when the swf is loaded the movie clip must start from the position which it's on the stage at the moment(x:12.1 y:20) As this is an animation, it's possible that my explanation above won't explain the thing exactly. It's a very basic thing to do, if you view the swf it will be easier to understand.
