Jamie, I tried the 'test' account and it looks to me like PayPal is already integrated into the deposit process. Is it not working properly or you are just looking for a new/better implementation? I'm experienced in PHP and MySQL and have worked with the PayPal API before on some e-commerce platforms. I understand that the user would "pay" an invoice via PayPal and PayPal would send a payment notification to a script on your server. That script would also update the balance on the member's account. PayPal charges the business a percentage of the payment, plus some extra cents. We would have to work out a formula to determine how much for the member to pay to cover that cost. I edited my bid because I have better completion rate than the bidders above me in the list.
