CRM - ERP - A complete web site - repost

First of all we want to have a web based crm & erp script for all our works that we are doing [login to view URL] are a web site design and hosting company.. and if who starts to work with us we want to pay monthly a money and go on to work with him/her for a long time ...this person will be a part opf our team..and in The future we may bring him to our Country to work here in our office face to face..this can be in the future..!...... it will be an open source system for example like " vtiger " software.. if you can search this software on internet you can get an idea about what we need..we are open for any other ideas also... basicly I am making description related what we need.. we have got some type of users for this system and we want to update all the system every time 1. dealers 2. customers 3. Staff (Managers,Operators,WebMasters,Accountants,Workers...etc..) 4. Admins and the ssytem basicly will do all our paper work online with nice designed forms. and we want to have everythinbg step by step on it. ever month we can upgrade and make new modules on it no problem for time.. but we really want to work with nice people.. and if we are happy with everything we can pay more in the future upgrades.. and everything as you know we want PHP & MYSQL editable and all source codes must be clear and under our control... and a Customer system for quotes , support , accounts, the purchased products etc. An accounting system for all bills or customers or dealers accounts.. etc.. a Product management system a job system for all staff who is in our team..when a manager create a job for a staff this job will appear on his user panel... and etc. and A Project Managemnt system also... yes these things can be change by time but already we want to work for a long time with the freelancer person.. and last thing everything on this system can be used from an open source software script etc. like vtiger there is no problem... just think about language option ! we want to have all this system mainly two languages first is Turkish and second is English... and for all translations we will help you if you make it competible for any other languages... already we dont want to work for one month we want to work for a long time with the freelancer ...you will be a part of our team... thank you and good luck to everyone... and any question please do not hesitate to ask...
