Create a webhop with blog and forum incl. An user dashboard.

We are looking for someone who can make a website. Wat we are looking for in our website - The website should be supported by browsers like safari, internet explorer, firefox, but should also be "Mobile device friendly". We are not looking for a full webshop, but there are a number of products available for sale. This will be no more then 10 products in 3 catagories. (ALL IN 1 OR 2 PAGES) - Users must be able to register and login - There should be a small user dashboard with the following: 1) a order history 2) message board 3) PM 4) download specific files uploaded by special users - A shop section with paypall payments(this is the only payment) - We should be able to give a Percentage (%) discount.(in the admin panel) - When users made a payment, we want to send automated messages( wich we can track aswell) - For every order there should be a conversation screen with the buyer. - For every product there should be a "comments" section where the users can comment us. - There should be a simple forum and / or a blog - There should be some small room for advertisements, but this is a small portion of the website. There should be different levels of users wich the admin can adjust. - admin (only 1 user is admin) - "standard user" wich should be able to do nothing, except order products, and make comments - "Middle user" wich should be able to involve in different conversations with the "Standard user". These user should be able to download specific things from the website These user should be able to upload and downlaod to / from the user section (a part of the users dashboard) SUMMED UP: - We need a *webshop*/blog/forum Website - we need a user section - we need PayPall integrated - there should be a communication line between a specific users - there should be a cumment section we will give example websites when we continue the interview.
