Build a PHP/YII based Marketplace Website

Its a Marketplace Web Platform something like etsy and social network requirements - a secured login system - user registration - user profile / modify / add photos / create albums / unique user name same like fb profile - user able to create shop / shop info / unique user name / - shop admin will be the shop creator and he can add other users as shop managers - shop admin/managers will be able to add products and products information and images - admin only can manage other information of shop unique shop name will be subdomain in the end like [login to view URL] home feed - feeds / latest status / share info / comments , following shop updates same like fb home users able to rate shops and products and comments , feedback , report most of the updates should be done with ajax example : when a manager edit products info, its just need to be done in the product view simplified seo friendly url and seo is important . no need to use id everywhere since we are building with unique name for user/shop/product YiiMail need to be used and its should be SMTP , so we can have each email sent , receive and failed email. each registered and non registered user visits and their behaviors need to be track and recorded . like what they browsing and what they clicking and how long they spending on the shop or products may be i missed some other key points , please ping me since you guys may worked with e-commerce platforms, so i can update more requirements.
