Calendar Photo Contest Script with Admin Panel

For running yearly photo contest for a calendar, do not need it to run multiple contests simultaneously. One contest once per year. Need completed in 60 days. BUDGET $250-500 Coder/Freelancer should be professional, punctual, and be able to communicate fluently in English. Communication is a MUST! Need a status every 3rd day. Public will not need to upload photos. Upload interface for ADMIN only. Script will create a thumbnail slideshow of photo entries with voting widget created directly underneath each photo. Would like the ability to upload both individual or batch - if possible - with script creating voting widget for each photo uploaded. Only need option "vote" or "like" to add to vote count. No alternate voting choice, no rating system, no ability to add comments or anything else needed. Public voting allowed, do not need people to register in order to vote. Voting is free. Thumbnail display of photos with enlargement when clicked preferably lightbox style with ADMIN ability to choose size of thumbnail and size of enlarged photo. Below each photo would show how many votes received. How many votes received only displays after that person has voted for that photo. You must vote for a photo in order to view how many votes that photo has received. Social media integration for each photo so people can use facebook and twitter etc. to ask people to either vote for their photo or share photos they have voted for. Does not need AUTO integration with facebook - share is voter choice. Visitor can vote on unlimited number of photos but need to limit number of votes per individual photo via IP Address and cookie - would like to allow 5 votes only per IP address and cookie ****Admin panel must have these options**** Choose colors for slideshow, widgets, overall feel of script. Nothing elaborate needed. CSS is fine. Set start and stop date for voting. Create default settings so that same options are applied to all photos uploaded for entire contest such as colors, start and stop dates for voting etc. so we do not have to enter them for each photo added. Would like ability to add details for photo like photographer, email address, etc. so that admin can view these details but only photo caption needs to show to the public. ADMIN panel ability to edit individual photo details if needed such as caption, photographer name, email address etc. ADMIN panel ability to manually adjust vote count of individual photo if needed. ADMIN panel ability to view photo contestants in a list format showing small thumbnail of photo, caption of photo and number of votes received. ADMIN panel ability to sort entries in that list by number of votes, order (date) of entry and alphabetically by caption.
