Create a Wordpress Template

I'd like a Wordpress template designed please. The Home page will be different than the remaining 22 pages. I've attached a file. It is a mock-up of the Home page, plus two additional pages, of a website I'm making for a client. I have all the necessary image files for the job, as well as the RGB color codes that can easily be converted to hex. The font will be Nunito. In the left sidebar, the text will be white. On the right-hand, two-thirds, the text will be black, medium blue and light blue (body text and headlines) on the swirly, light-blue background. All pages except the Home page are almost identical. The only difference between each page is the circular image that overlaps the sidebar and main body near the middle. Each page has a different circle image, so there will need to be room to insert a different image into the circular slot in the middle of each page. The logo in the left sidebar needs to be clickable as the client doesn't want a Home button as part of the Nav bar. Also, buttons will need to be customized to maintain the correct color scheme.
