Create a Wordpress cms

This is what needs to be done. 1. Client should come and click order now 2. He should be directed in an interface where he can make an order. See reference at [login to view URL] 3. He should register and the design of the registration should be as professional and simple to use as possible 4. He is then taken to his account from where he can make a new order 5. Once the order is through an he pays it comes to admin side 6. The client is able to send messages to admin regarding order progress 7. Admin works on order and uploads a file 8. The client is able to download the file and use it 9. Remember the client can as well upload some files in the message board and as he gives instructions 10. Admin can create a discount code that the client can use this discount code will reduce the amount the client will use 11. Admin can view the client information and deactivate the clients account 12. There is a timer that shows the number of time that remains for the order to be completed 13. Clienmt is alerted through their mail whenever the job is thorugh or any message is seen 14.
