Customizable Auction website design

Description: Please read the desciption very carefully before bidding. Bidders should have: 1. Strong PHP coding 2. Strong wordpress coding What is the work: Currently wordpress is installed on the website and is using a plugin 'Ultimate Auction' which has to be customized according to our choice. CSS and HTML are partially designed. Someone is already designing templates and some of the page layout. You are required to work on the PHP backend coding to develop following pages: 1. User Dashboard [Template layout will be provided] 2. Admin Dashboard [Template layout will be provided] 3. Bidding panel where a user can moderate Auction products. 4. Email Services [Auto responders, Invoice Receipt, Billings, etc] 5. User rating and feedback after product is sold. [Both bidder and seller] 6. Selling categories are to be defined and templates according to those categories e.g. Different uploading template for Car, Mobile etc according to their specs. 7. Front page layout according to our requirements. 8. Integrating PAYPAL, MasterCards, EasyPaisa 9. Designing Add to wishlist, Add to card and complete transaction system Bidder have to: 1. Ensure skype discussions for telling you details of each thing. 2. Regular email updates of work that has been done. Note: There are other things that are to be developed alongside with it. Note: The project is private and confidential. How payment will be processed: Payment will be done through freelancer. It will be divided into two halves. Half of it will be released on completion on complete backend functionality and fully working website. Note: If you have alternate plan to develop website without using wordpress etc. then we can still consider this option.
