Install/Convert jQuery script into Wordpress compatible version

Job Description:
My page [login to view URL] uses a jQuery script (located here [login to view URL]) to automatically populate a form using Google Maps API, it also finds the users location (if they click the relevant button).
The script works fine standalone, but I would like it to work in Wordpress on this page [login to view URL] and to populate the Address Information fields (which can have their ID's/Classes edited, but need to stay as they are - they are part of a plugin). I would also the like the Location dropdown/select box to be populated from the City field on the script - if the option that is found bu Google maps isn't averrable in the dropdown it would just be ignored (so the user chooses for themselves).
I think the script will need to be modified due to the following requirements...
• I DO NOT want to load jQuery twice - I want to use the default version that is installed by Wordpress.
• The [login to view URL] already loads in Google Maps API (for another plugin) so this should be used if possible (rather than loading it in twice).
• No core Wordpress or plugin files should be changed (I only want changes to be in my themes folder).
• I would like the work to be completed as soon as possible with a guide on how long you expect it to take before hand.
I would like to find a reliable developer to help me with this, as I have a few other projects that I would like prices for.

Sir, that's an easy job just making it using the already loaded jQuery and gmaps and some DOM manipulation for your dropdown is not hard at all
