ADSENSE/SEO improvement for a hosting website

I have a website, it gives free hosting to anyone that signs up. - [login to view URL] ads are displayed on - the control panel where they access areas of their site the forums (few visitors) the filemanager (most visitors) the 404 ADS ARE NOT DISPLAYED ON USERS SITES, and its something i would prefer not to do if you with to login to see where the ads are on the filemanger etc use username: testtest1 password: testest1 enter those into the login box on the right at <[login to view URL]> problems - adsense, my keywords again nothing! 0.50c Page eCPM or something, this is crap imo. I would like a decent amount per click around $5 would be nice or at least a value that earns me $30 per day with my current amount of clicks $50 preferable. second problem, Page CTR is around 0.50% - 0.6%. On a very good day i would reach 2% but that would be a saturday and i have not been testing very long so im not sure if that will repeat. i recieve about 2-3k uniques per day and about 10k page views. On a bad day for 10k page/ad views i would gain 70 clicks. i need the ctr increased (i.e the site OPTIMIZED so that people click ads more) and better keywords (i.e the site OPTIMIZED so that ads are better paying) with such low values i usually again 10$-15$ on a normal day. I would like this $30-50 per day CONTINUED BELOW in deliverables section ## Deliverables so to review what i want no public service ads - adsense should always be able to find an ad it can display (note this does not mean turning off show public service ads if adsense cannot find any keywords in the adsense control panel it means providing pleanty of words for adsense to select from) this is a functioning site it is not some spam site with a list of keywords or something, the site must remail fully functioanl after and cannot just be pages of keywords etc more clicks on the ads and those ads that are clicked on must pay more (better keywords etc - i have tried inserting good keywords directly into the page but no change in ads, there must be a proper way to do it) also there is a lot of trouble with my 404 page as it adense doesnt have much content to work with and struggles to find a lot of the ads and does not display them or shows public service non profit ones. I would like this fixed with keywording or something to deliver ads on 404 pages ALL METHODS MUST BE LEGAL AND FOLLOW GOOGLES ADSENSE POLICIES. - i.e. i dont want banned 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
