Add links page to my website

I have a website (<[login to view URL]>) and have a boring links page ( <[login to view URL]>) I require a web designer with SEO experience to do the following: #1. add a visible "links" page pointing to <[login to view URL]> and accessible from my home page and all pages within my sight for SEO if possible. #2. I would like to have the "look" of the links page professionalized to match the rest of my sight and look better to prospective linking partners. #3. I want 4 to 5 outbound links from home loan related "High Google page rank authoritative sites" with a good optimized description for them using keywords geared to my website. For example: what the sight is about and how it relates or compliments my sight. I want to have content besides just links on my links page for SEO purposes. #4. I would also be interested on a sight map accessible from all pages for this same sight to help with SEO. #5. Please bid for links page added to sight as one price and links page + sight map together as another bid. I am on a very limited budget for this so sight map would be a plus. Nothing super fancy required. I just want it search engine friendley to help pages get indexed. I would require to O.K. all upgrades before final payment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
