1) The program will generate .html files from a specified text or excel file.
2) All html files will be created based on the specified .html template
3) There will be two different templates for creating a well structured web site. One template will be for the main category (Ex: Clothing, Cars, Collectibles) and the other template will be for relating category keywords (Ex: Clothing ??" fashion clothing, vintage clothing, modern clothing etc….)
4) The program will be able to generate an unlimited number of html pages (up to 5 million) if for example, I specify a file that contains 5 million different keywords.
5) The program will have other features such as a Randomizer which will take random keywords from the .txt or spreadsheet file and place it on the .html page. How many random category-related keywords to pull will also be available to specify.
6) The default templates which you will create must be the same as the ones at the website shown below:

9) As you can see from above examples there is a difference between main category and category-keyword related templates. Or job will be to create both.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
