All joomla websites are having advancedcomponents added such as? : Virtuemart (shop), community builder (social),chronoforms (forms), acajoom (newsletter), joomfish (multilingual), etc. ? **CRM** We have adopted so far the Info at hand(IAH) CRM (a flavor of sugar CRM) that has good integration with Joomla for itsportal as well as with Virtuemart. ? **PROJECT TIMING** We need the A requirements to be finishedend of august and B to be finished end of September ? **PROJECT COMPETENCIES** We need developer to have proven experiencein complex B2B integrations and good experience in Joomla, CRM, ecommerce andPHP scripting ? Hosting/admin and Joomla dev are managed byother teams. ? **THE REQUIRED WORK? (A = PRIORITY DEV? / B = 2? ND STAGE DEV)** ? **INTEGRATION BETWEEN JOOMLA AND CRM (A)** the objective is that all interactionsfrom joomla (forms, shop, newsletter,..) be sync with the CRM (so that supportand sales team can handle) ? **VIRTUEMART SHOP CONFIGURATION (A)** Add some features to standard VM such aswish-list, subscription form (for rental products), integration with CRM(standard with IAH), multiple pictures gallery, tags, payment integration ? **PDF CONTRACT GENERATION** We would also need to be able to have a«? rental / subscription? » shop that Generate rental/maintenancecontracts based on data entered by user, using form. Done either through scriptor through the / Shop CRM (preferred) ? **CATEGORY SHOPS (A)** We need to be able to generate categoryshops (same info, but only a selection of products) that can possibly befeatured on other more specialized websites. ? **CUSTOMER PORTAL (A)** Configure IAH customer portal for user tohave a common interface to track orders, check support tickets, confirm [login to view URL] now we don't have order tracking, messages. ? **CRM CONFIGURATION (A)** We need to fully configure the CRM solutionto manage users, workflows and validate integration ? **LIVE CHAT/SUPPORT INTEGRATION (A)** We should integrate live chat supportwith knowledge base and write a script to link chats to user account. in CRM sothat info collected in chat sessions are added as if customer had sent anemail. Right now we are using phplive supportbut are ok with a more robust solution ? **AFFILIATION PROGRAM (A)** We need to configure idevaffiliate (seewebsite) to handle integration with CRM and CB (so that all registered userscan become affiliates easily) ? **IP TELEPHONY INTEGRATION (A)** We need to set up a asterisk IP telephonyand would like it to be used together with CRM by our remote support agents forsupport/sales, and for features such as click to call-back. ? **DOCUMENTATION WIKI AND TRANING (A)** We need during the process to establish aWiki with documentation on how to use the system and troubleshooting ? **SUPPORT (A)** quotation should include a monthly supportfee ? **SUPPLIERS/VENDORS MANAGEMENT (B)** We would also need to integrate asuppliers portal to help manage suppliers registration, product submission ? **HR MANAGEMENT (B)** System to manage job/resellerapplications with sending appropriate info and colelcting requested data ? **EBAY INTEGRATION (B)** We need to be able to link VM shops withauctions run on Ebay (for promotion) ? **COMMUNITY BUILDER INTEGRATION (B)** Community builder manages user entries onblog, forum etc. and should be sync with CRM data (however, this is not apriority) ? **RESELLER MANAGEMENT (B)** Each reseller should be offered thepossibility to build a website similar to portal. Reseller can select theproducts he can sel land also manage his CRM.? Resellers should be managed tightly though a reseller CRM orsome other standard tool that makes sure that products description and resellerwebsite content is managed as well as his CRM. ? **QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION (B)** Integration between CRM and accountingsoftware such as QB for follow up of accounting. this is a standard option withIAH (IAH Finance)
