Change JSP to use REGEXP engine that works in Java 1.3

This task involves modifying 1 source file, called taxonomy/[login to view URL] to not use Java 1.4.2 REGEXP. The target JRE is 1.3, hence all code that uses REGEXP in [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] must be replaced using an equivalent open source REGEXP parser such as Apache ORO REGEX would be able to perform the equivalent of what Java 1.4.2 REGEXP does i.e. the chosen parser must use the same regular expression constructs as used in: [login to view URL] The task should take no longer than 4 hours, hence the deliverable will be the attached WAR file with the [login to view URL] modified and the new REGEXP JAR file added to WEB-INF/lib. This needs to be turned around quickly. On selection I will pass over WAR file. For now please find source to modify attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Tomcat container will do, but must work using Java 1.3 on Websphere 5.0
