Classifeds in SQL and PHP

Feature Rich eClassified with 3-Day Auction. Wanting to have this built in modules i.e. eHomes, eRealestate, eGoToys (Big boy gas toys) eNews, eForum, eDate, eFood & Coffee, etc. Some Flash but built with SQL and PhP. Ideas are welcome. Must be willing to have fun writing this. Here are but a small specifics I would like to see implimented into site: * I want the system to use Boolean style modifiers such as +, -, * and "" (Plus sign, Minus sign, Asterisk/Star, and Quotes) to search over the entire listings for exactly what you need. * In addition, I want to whittle down your search by specifying categories and specific information in each area of the listing (title, description, price, location, custom fields, etc.) * I also want the search page to offer real-time suggestions as you type in several of the fields, like the Title box for example, will suggest the top 10 listings (by hit count) that match the text you are typing, similar to the 'Google Suggest' system. * When a search is submitted by a logged in user I want it to be 'remembered' in their account along with the results for the next 48 hours, during which time they can review the matches, re-run the search to get any new matches or they can "Save" the search. * When a Search is saved by the user I want it to be able to schedule it to be automatically run at a given interval and be notified via email of any new matches. * I want Front-End Admin with "Edit In Place" capabilities. It is a very unique and handy new feature that simplifies maintenance on the site greatly. If you are logged in as a user who is a member of a group with "Front-End Admin" permissions a wealth of new options are opened up to me as I browse the site. I can manage your categories 'in place' by dragging them to where I want them to appear in the list, or double click on one to rename it.
