Course Search Web Site

I need a small web site that can do attached use cases. I have also attached Db model of the web site. Basically, a person enters the web site and can search courses like guitar course, English course, project management course etc. A course can be search either with keywords or by category links. And a course company can register and amend its details on the web site and can create promotions. (please see documents) I want persons to be able to chat directly to course companies after searching for courses. This should be done with ajax ( i do not want applet) I want it be written in java/jsp/mysql/tomcat. I want model/data layers so that I can understand how it works later on. It is a quite straight forward application. Experince ones can get the idea from DB model and use cases. I will provide HTML templates. the DB and web page must support charset=windows-1254 encoding. I will be available to chat by gmail during the development. I want to see example web sites that are completed by the developer. Please only bid if you can and want to build this! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform shared tomcat 5.5 mysql (dont forget to close connections) jsp/java (I want data layers and POJO model classes)
