design a 2d map from 3d data with navigation using java / java script /

i need some one to design a program for me that makes a 2dmap from 3d data and which i will be able to navigate in this virtual environment. it should also include a small map on the bottom corner of the screen of where you are in the scene. and helps you to navigate through it
