Baby E-Commerce Site Needed

I'm making a website that sells baby clothing and blankets and gift sets and related items. You should use an E-commerce system or propose your own, but it's important it has PAYPAL IPN Support so that the customer knows an order went through successfully and is being processed. (not to mention it needs to keep track of profits). It will be convienient if it had something to export to quickbooks.
