We require costs for the development of a web2print system.
Coders quoting must demonstrate an understanding of the requirements, with experience in the development of a web2print software solution being an advantage.
## Deliverables
I would like a system similar in functionality to HIFLEX Web2Print software.
The web 2 print system should include the all of the following options:
INTERFACE OPTIONS
Multi level admin users to allow a super user for the whole system and then individual reseller options.
Ability to rebrand the software allow the software to be branded and 'rented' on a monthly basis.
E-commerce support with payment gateway.
Easy to use.
Full user management with access granted
Easy to implement header and footer tag based system for customisation.
PURCHASER FEATURES
Ability to order varying quantities
Artwork sign off feature so that the responsibilty of artwork lies with the client.
E-commerce based system
Payment gateway integration or and invoice option for account holders.
ITEM/PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Items must be categorised into groups of product and per reseller
Options to select
ADMIN OPTIONS
Ability to add templates to which customers can add text information.
Ability to write high quality PDF files, print ready with bleed options.
Ability for admin to set colours, fonts, fonts sizes and images to maintain brand integrity.
Ability to set up multiple print options, inclduing print sizes, stock, print colours, single or double sided printed.
A full spec will be agreed prior to the build start.
We have allocated what we feel is a realistic budget for this project, however we do intend in appointing a developer who can provide us with ongoing support on a fee per case basis, so we would like to build a good working relationship with the appointed developer.
We are happy for a previously developed project to be further developed to suit, but we do require a fullversion of the software source code on delivery.
