Clone Website Needed

HI, I need a site similar (but not identical) to [login to view URL] It should have a backend admin page where the admin can set up different parameters such as: . the header and the footer banner should be changeable . The body copy where we detail the competition, the prizes etc . style sheet customizable interface. No big issue, but a write-able custom css over-ride would be good. The site users (front-end users) should have the ability to add refer three friends - get xxxx, refer 10 friends and get xxxx chances etc etc Apart from that, the framework can be the same as the Kogan methodology. For each invitee to the competition, the referrer gets another competition entry. We would of course also need an interface that extracts the SQL data to: a. private viewing by us, where we see all data available. referrers, email addresses etc b. public viewing where competition entrants can see how many people they have invited, a leader board of people who have invited the most, the number of entries they have etc. c. this data should be downloadable in .csv format We will provide the design; you will have to integrate it into the site. We will hold the exclusive rights to this site and you will not be permitted to resell or reuse any parts of the code on future projects. Let me know if you are using a from-the-scratch solution or something like Joomla etc for the development. I would prefer that its a from-the-scratch solution.
